1 Tour Montparnasse and its panoramic view
Until a few years ago the Montparnasse Tower was the highest building in France. Now, with its 210 meters it’s the second highest skyline in the country. The construction of the tower dates back to 1969 and to build it was a group of french architects of which Beaudouin, Cassan, and Marien. In the place of the current tower once stood the old Montparnasse train station, now located in front of the tower.

2 Aquarium of Paris
In the downtown, a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, you can immerse yourself in the underwater world. The Aquarium of Paris has 43 pools and 10,000 different species of fish and invertebrates (including sharks). The tunnel with sharks is the most spectacular part of aquarium.
The path for children is really educational and interactive: cinemas with cartoons and documentaries, shows and activities. If you are with kids, this is the perfect place to have fun and learn at the same time.
The costs vary greatly. Full price costs is 19,90, for students it’s reduced by up to 15,90 and children under 12 pay 12,90. Children under 3 years are admitted free.

3 Bateaux Mouches
The cruise on the Seine offer a tour with the classic route that invariably includes Notre Dame, Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Eiffel Tower etc. Boarding is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, near the Pont de l’Alma. 4 Cabaret Folies Bergere
An alternative to traditional Moulin Rouge is Folies Bergère. Became famous during the Belle Epoque, this theatre dates back to 1869. In 1881 it was also picked up by Monet painting “A Bar at the Folies-Bergère”. The building was designed by Plumeret and at the beginning was known as Folies Trévise. The original name was referring to the street adjacent to the restaurant but was changed after numerous requests from Duc de Trévise. 5 "Cité des Sciences" and "Cité de la Musique"
On March 13th 1986, the day of the passage of Halley’s Comet, was inaugurated the Cité des Sciences. Both, children and adults, will be thrilled to spend time here. Two floors of the building house the thematic exhibitions: from biology and medicine to sounds and lights. Within each area take place some interactive experiments.
Among the attractions we advise visit are the cinema Geode and the Planetarium. The first is a cinema of ball structure. The ball screen effects allows immerse yourself in action. Movies you can see here are in general documentaries.
The second is rather romantic. As soon as the lights go down, we seem to be under the starry sky.
If you have a day available you can spend it here. The time will be enough to visit all four places of the area.

6 Galerie d'Evolution
Close to Musée National d’Histoire Naturelle and plant garden is situated the Gallery of Evolution, a spectacular place for both the exposition and architecture of the building. This gallery homes thousands species of animals that seems to revive. All three floors tell the story of evolution in detail.

7 Parc Asterix
Inspired by a famous comic, Parc Asterix is one of the most famous in France. It’s a great place for having fun both for adults and children. This place faithfully reflects the original story. In fact, the park is divided into a small areas, each with breathtaking attractions: Gaul, Roman Empire etc. Asterix and Obelix will accompany you throughout all your journey.

8 Saint Ouen Market
In Saint Ouen district, on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the streets turn into one of the largest flea markets in the world. Here you can find everything: from antique furniture to vintage clothing. The huge market of Saint Ouen is actually divided into 15 small markets sorted by objects and take name of blocks on which are extended (ex. Marché Boiron).

9 Museum of Eroticism
This museum perfectly matches the Pigalle district, famous for its nightlife.
Opened in 1997, the museum is spread over severals floors and presents the history of eroticism in the highest form. Spicy accessories, statues of any kind and amazing machines from around the world, reveal the history of eroticism in detail.

10 Parfume museum
This palace, once home of Maria Callas, is currently run by the perfumery Fragonard.
It’s unique collection bring us back to time of ancient Egypt and tells the history of perfume and its manufacturing. Surprising is the wide range of vintage bottles: from Egyptian stone containers, refined Roman glass bottles, up to Chinese porcelain.

11 Shakespeare and Company
S&Co is a historic library of Paris. It was founded by Sylvia Beach during twenties and soon its became a meeting point for writers such as Ernest Hemingway, James Joyce and others.
Today the library house a huge collection of new and used books only in English.
The library is quite small but the atmosphere inside is special. Wooden stairs, chairs and old books create an atmosphere of ‘900, when the original library (closed in 1940 by Nazis) was attended by greatest literary master Hemingway.
Here take place some scenes of the famous movie “Midnight in Paris” by Woody Allen, which take us back in the era where library was the center of Anglo-American culture in Paris.
Even today S&Co held meetings with writers, readings and even traditional Sunday tea.

12 Buttes-Chaumont Parc
Originally the Parc des Buttes-Chaumonts was a dump and a gypsum quarry used for city buildings construction but with the arrival of Haussman it turned into one of the most amazing parks of Paris. Adolphe Alphand in 1860, helped by the engineer Dancel realized the project.

13 Paris Plage
Every year, around July 19, Paris Plage edition open it’s “doors” to Paris. It allows visitors and citizens enjoy typical activities form the sea. The beaches created from more than 5000 tons of sand will be open along the Seine. The two sites of Paris Palge are: Rue George Pompidou and the plains of La Villette (the basin de la Villette). 14 Grevin Museum
At 10th of Bulevard Montmartre a wonderful trip is awaiting for you along the french history narrated through its great personalities, such as the Sun King, Luois XIV, made entirely in wax. Here you can meet Parisian and Hollywood celebrities: from Celine Dion to George Clooney.
To realize the project, conceived by journalist Arthur Meyer, was himself Alfred Grevin, a cartoonist and sculptor. This museum was opened in 1882 and became instantly a success. The visit of museum begins from the Hall of Mirrors and continue with a journey through the history and modernity, discovering celebrities around the world.
